| Stop yourself while you can... while it's early. Eating disorders are diseases that few people in your life will understand or be able to help with. My eating disorder started because I was depressed and wanted something real to prove to my family that they should help me. They didn't understand when I got the disorder and it just pushed me further away from everyone in my life. I missed out on years of true friendships and a normal life. Get counseling now. Do it not only for yourself but for everyone in your life that you love. ↑ |
