Since I quit my last job, I stopped being a control freak when it comes to food and went back to my boulimia
So I eat nearly one pound of chocolate per day usually it’s after dinner
I also eat a lot of anything and everything, I have put so much weight
So please I need your advice on how to control myself, what should I do ??
My psychiatrist said I need to be mentally strong but didn’t gave me more advice, however it’s not so easy because I spend all my day at home so food turn quickly into an obsession
