hello ,, my names shaunna im 14 years ols and way 9 and a half stone i know im only young but i relli wnt 2 get dwn to 7st atleast. can someone please leave me a message on how to do x it my 15 birthday in may and i relli wnt 2 be thin way be4 den 4 my photo shhot im having done. i hear voice tellin me 3 eat and i dont want to people call me a walking dustbin coz i eat alot. picture that are taken ow luk ders me da FAT one:( so sum1 plzzz leave a comment and help me to lose wait im unahhpy 14 yr old x pleasee anyone x pr someone help me 2 keep the way i am x iv put it under neith home schooling x

hello my naes sophie ive got the same problem i get picked on at school im only 11 and way 10 and 10 pounds its so bad i hate pe at school. i know im young and everything to be talkin 2 u but im the same

At 14, it would be easier because your body will respond really well to any type of muscle building exercise you do. Try pilaties or anything that produces long lean muscles--even ballet is another option--plus you produce kick arse muscles! Walking, running, traditional aerobic activies are a great way to lose the overall fat but it most 14 yr olds just need to be firmed up--and a stretching type exercise can do that easily. Allow 3 months to notice any major difference.
