I need help. My six yr old has bn on a IEP since he was 2. He was diagnosed with Global Developmental delay with autistic features. I thought maybewe were getting away from the autism part, but now I'm noticing some other things. He didn't start talking until he was 4, but he has always been affectionate, but he doesn't understand emotion. He is still very impulsove which makes it difficult to go to malls. He tries to steal. He bangs his head when he gets mad at himself and he has a lot of temper tantrums. He also repeats things that he hears on tv but he uses them in context at times. He still doesn't understand as much as he should, but he has devloped a way to manipulate u in2 thinking he understands. I love my son and I just want to give him all the oppurtunity in the world ↓
