My son has lovely manners and is a nice well behaved boy. I just wish he would put in more effort with his school work :-)

My daughter Kaelyne is 19 and also has wonderful manners. She also loves helping the elderly and is totally into medicine, but wants to be a medical radiation therapist when the time comes. She's with the most perfect partner for her. he is the father of her baby (she is 6 weeks pregnant) and is already saving for the baby gear. H just shows, you can be a teen and pregnant and everything be OK.

Thanks for this opportunity! My son gets good grades, minds well, helps with housework (sometimes without even being asked),mows the yard, takes out the trash, and doesn't drink, smoke, use drugs,or have anyone pregnant. He's almost 15 and has an interest in joining the military after highschool.

If all is as well as you say then this is rare. However she is only 6 weeks pregnant and the guy still has plenty of time to bail,(hopefully he won't).But,I hope you are in no way condoning teen pregnancy!?

Ok its time to brag about mine.He has been chosen to attend a Governers School for the Arts. Its a summer program for gifted and talented high school students. It is completely paid for except his spending money. He had to go through an interview and screening process that was nerve racking even for me .They normaly only take seniors because this will be (4 )credits for college. When we found out, I had never seen him happier we also found out one of his best friends are going also. His gift is art. In my book he is very gifted.Im not saying he's perfect believe me he has is problems ,but I am very proud of him and Im hoping he will have a blast. He will be gone for 5 weeks. So all you moms out there I need ALLt he support I can get. And a supply of hair dye for all the grey hair Im going to get from worrying about him.

Yes I am proud of him.The friend that is going is a girl. They won't have a huge amount of time to socialize together but they will see each other at assemblies. My son has been able to have a lot of girls as friends and guys. Its still hard to let him go,but Im hoping this will give him time to see if Art is what he wants to do.

YES... Let's send some positive energy around and I would like to say that I love my son and his humor, his lovingness (especially with younger children), and he is responsible! =)

My daughter (16) takes Dialysis 3 times a week. She received the "Stephen Duncanson " award . The award recognizes children who have a positive attitude even in their condition, and also continue to do schoolwork and other activities they would normally do.She goes 2 hours away to Memphis Tenn. to Lebonhuer Children's Medical Center.I am very proud of her for being soooo strong.

And so you should be proud of your daughter! Being a teen is not an easy thing, never mind being a teen with an illness. As I'm sure you do, you should commend her for being so strong.
