My teenager hates my partner. I understand why. Me and partner have been together 4 years. For the past 2 years we have 'drank' too much and had a couple of fights. We are both good people and have now stopped drinking all together as this was the root of our problems. ALCOHOL RUINS LIVES..... BE CAREFULL! Like I said, we no longer drink. My son has had enough and doesn't beleive it will/has changed and will not allow my partner around at the house. I know it has changed and I have seen the error of our ways. I have recently been diagnosed with bipolar, which i think was the reason for the roller coaster drinking! My partner is a good hard working man but my son HATES him! But my son seems to hate everyone! What should I do?? End the relationship or keep my relationship away from the home for the time being? Its just with christmas coming, I would really like to have a family xmas! Am i naive? Is this ever going to work??? ↓
