how about a fish its easy to look after and small if you wanted somthing your child could cuddle . what about a hamster ? ↑ |
If you have access to a grassed area then guinea pigs are a good bet. They're less lively and likely to escape than rabbits and don't bite like hamsters. They're big enough for a small child to cuddle and handle and are friendly and easy to keep.
They do need to be able to run around a little - a run placed on a patch of grass is all they would need.
Failing that, perhaps a budgie - you can't cuddle them, but they are easy to tame and handle.
Rats also make good pets if you can overcome the prejudice surrounding them. They're clean and intelligent and less likely to bite than hamsters.
Don't get a rabbit as they need a lot of exercise and can chew through wires and carpets. They're also highly nervous creatures and handling them can be tricky. ↑ |
How about a little brother or sister?????
Just joking !!
Well to be honest what pet would you like to look after for the next so many years ?????
Because you will be the one taking care of that pet ↑ |
I agree with atomic snowflake, a guinea pig would be great. ↑ |
