Squeaky, my rescued, disabled mouse has been banned from Babycrowd!

He doesn't know why. He didn't swear or anything.

Would you consider this to be discrimination against the disabled???

I believe it is definately discrimination. He might have a lawsuit?

Do you think he might have a case? They'll deny it, of course, but he wasn't swearing or anything!

You definately have a case. Do you have witnesses?

Well, he's never sworn - everyone here is witness to that.

My witnesses to his disability include: myself, my husband, my kids and the cat that gave him his injuries.

I didn't take him to the vets as he'd have put him to sleep - so no professional witnesses.

I am soooooooo sorry that this happened to you and your furry buddy. I think we can all blame it on blatant and unwarranted misuse of the dreaded poor taste button.

May they all develop dry, cracked, and bleeding fingertips!!

ANIMAL HATERS!!!!!!!!!!!♥

Well if you try to prosecute BC and your cat is called as a witness, there is a good chance that he may be charged with attempted murder. I might be able to try and get him off on aggrevated assault though.

attempted murder eh? I never thought of that!

My other cat has murdered dozens of mice over the years and a couple of birds too :-(

This is bad........I'm surrounded by criminals :-(

This poor mouse....

Atomic how is Squeaky any way, did he regain movement in his limbs?

Mice and birds? Sounds like he's getting smarter and more savy...are you at all concerned he might come after you?

Lindalu - Squeaky has movement in his back legs now, but his feet are weak and he can't jump or climb much. He's okay other than that. He loves banana and suet bird food pellets. I'm gonna try to post some photos this weekend!

Randi - my eldest cat (female age 11) DID attack me a few months ago when I tried to rescue a mouse (not Squeaky) from her. She had it cornered and terrified and I tried to shoo her away and she attacked me!!!!!!!!!! It was terrible. She killed the mouse in the end, but she was playin' with it for about 10 minutes first. I did my best, but she's a tough cookie!
