They walked right into the yard and took her off of her chain. I've been telling them not to chain her, but they didn't listen (idiots) and now she's gone. They only have a vague discription of the car that the dirty stinking theives put her in (the little old lady next door seen them put her in the car). They've made a report and talked to neighbors. They even made signs = ( I really hope they find her...she's such a sweet girl!

Anyways, thought it was a little ironic ( in light of all the "dangerous dog" talk) that they were able to get the horrible, viscious, nasty, instinctive killing machine off her chain.

LOL....she was probably wagging and giving the "where are we going" look. I know you pit owners out there know that look = )

It is awful for someone to steal your pet. I was dog sitting for my daughter and I was outside with the boston terriers and someone tried to take the male Boston right out of the yard. I was upset too. I have all these dogs here and the one they want to steal is the one that wasn't mine. Of course I wouldn't want them to steal mine either. Tell your friend to look at trade days. When a dog is stolen at the end of the month like this usually they are going to sell the dog.

that is horrible...that is why i never leave my baby outside if i am not home...when i leave or whenever i can't keep an eye on her i bring her in...that happened to my cousins boyfriend..they stole his pit puppy and the next morning they returned him...half dead, they tried to fight him, when of course he had no idea what do so my cousin rushed him to the vet...thank goodness he was fine and doesn't have any dog aggression...there are some major idiots out there...

I also have had a dog stolen took me 3 months to get him back and 2000.00 to save him. It is a shame your family can't even have a pet these days.

Hard to believe? It happens all the time. People will walk into your back yard and steal dogs for experimentation or baiting or resale. There are plenty of crooks out there

I've had a few of my pit bulls stolen before, one time someone came to my house and pulled a gun on me to get my dog, and twice I have had my house broke into to get my dogs. I found one guy walking my dog down the road a few months latter and one dog was found allmost 300 miles away from my house. good luck to your friend on getting the dog back.

Teck got stolen out of my yard and not long after I was sitting out side around 2am. Aguy was walking him past my house. I ran out there yelling thats my f*****g dog. I had to send my other male Trauma out there to grab Teck. He didt hurt him but with me yelling and the dogs fighting people started to open doors. The guy that had him took off. Amonth or so later we moved I was worried they would break in to get even.

They found her!!!

A couple of hooligan teenagers (hehehe) took her and were dumb enough to walk her down the street they took her from. They just went out and took her back. They told the hooligans (hehehe) if they see them anywhere near their house again, they will file a report with the police against them.

You should be proud...you are perpetuating a stereotype by teaching your dog to be aggressive. Way to go! (detect the sarcasm??)

Why do you feel the need to have a pit that would "take off hands and feet"?

Call it a snap judgement, but you're an idiot.
