I haven't gotten my period since January and recently, my period came but its very light. I am urinating more, small amounts of fluid come out of my breast, I've been feeling nausea but no vomiting and my back hurts. Are these signs of pregnancy? ↓

The only way to know for sure is to get a pregnancy test which I would recommend taking considering the symptoms your describing. ↑
