I am trying to start a group of single parents in pittsburgh who are trying to finish school. Finding affordable, appropriate housing for myself and my daughter has been extremely difficult. I am trying to purchase a HUD property for myself and 1 or 2 other families in a similar situation to live in. Any comments would be appreciated. ↓

Is relocating an option for you?

Several universities offer housing for single parents. It is limited, but most big schools have at least a dorm or two that offers a few rooms of this sort. Some have university apartments. I would assume that as a single parent you qualify for student aide. Do some research and look at your options. ↑
