My daughter's dad lives on an Indian reservation so I'm having problems getting him served with child support papers. He has given me a total of $150.00 since I left him, no birthday presents or Christmas presents for my daughter. We live in different states & when I filed for child support the Texas attorney general's office told me that because he lives on a reservation that they weren't going to pursue my case because it's basically a lost cause...WTF!!! Has anyone else had issues getting child support from a Native American parent? Should I try to file in New Mexico? I need help!!!! ↓
