The best person to look after the child is you as you are the mum. Giving away your child is the biggest mistake you could make. I would say this is the best time you could study from home and look after the baby until they can start nursery. Financially may seek help from the social services and they will also offer you advice on how to get over some hurdles. Giving away the baby is just running away from a problem. How would you feel if your mum did the same to you? Just take time and think this out before rushing into cowardly choices.

I know the feeling.... I have a 2 year old son but when he was first born I was contemplating adoption because I couldn't take care of myself let alone another child... He is now 2 about to be 3 years old and I am glad that I didn't give him up for adoption because I don't know what my life would be like without him. I had to make decisions that I didn't like such as moving in with my parents until I found a job or a friend until things got better... I learned that in the end it will be okay and that I live to see my son smile at me every day.
