My ex and I had a baby girl. she's 5 months now, and we separated. We went to court and the judge said we have to work it out. So we did for 2 weeks, now my ex only wants to give me 2 days out of the week. I have a lawyer and now i have to take her back to court because of this. Not sure what to do!

I hope you plan to pay child support? It's good that you have a lawyer, you should definitely get back in court and have your lawyer demand a regular visitation plan.As long as you can properly provide for the child while in your care, and you pay support,I don't see why a judge wouldn't agree to reasonable visitation for you.A judges ruling on paper is good to have ,this way your ex can't play games and act as judge herself saying you can have the child and then saying no the day of.With a judges ruling you can't be jacked around by your ex.Or if she tries anyway, you can call the police with your court order in hand and she will be made to give you the child.

its my personal opinion but i think that a baby at 5 months should be wit her mother, 2 days its wat you usaually get and its a very young age for the baby to ben away from her monther for a lot of days if not half of the week, i dont think she is been unfair, he you want to see her more often why dont you make an agreement with her like lets say... to go see the baby a couple of days a week after work? i think that would help, i dont think its healthy for a baby soooo young to be back and forth so much

the baby is going to be with mommy more than you for 1 year, its what the courts do. they feel that the baby needs o be with mommy. your lucky to get two days most daddys only get half a day
