i always had a suspition that my daughter had myotonic dystrophy, well for sure since she was about 2,all of a sudden she just stopped speaking(went back to babbling)she didnt find it as easy to pick things up as she had,but she also lost some of the things that she all ready knew.now at 10, i have finally had the condition diagnosed.she doesn't seem to have any energy for anything, she also seems to have some dyslexia related problems.she can read better when its upside down or written backwards(is the best way i can explain it.)but through all this she has a great, helpfull and loving personality.
