Kaitlen goes to bed anywhere between 7pm and 8.30pm and gets up between 4am and 6am but will have her bottle and go back to bed until about 7.30 to 8.30am. This morning she slept until 9.15am, it was great!

| During school nights it's between 7:30-8:00, but on weekends they usually stay up a little later than that, sometimes not though....they get up at 6:50 for school and on weekends they usually get up the same time, even without an alarm. ↑ |
| my son goes to bed at 7 on the dot...unless we are out somewhere...and he sleeps till 6:30 to 7 the next morning. ↑ |
| My little one goes to bed between 8-8:30pm and she gets up around 7-8am. My other daughter, well that is another story. We are still trying to get her to go to bed and stay there. ↑ |

| Mine are all in bed at 7:30pm....asleep by 8pm (after a zillion trips to the bathroom, stories and oh I need water). They get up anywhere from 6:30am -7am. ↑ |
