Each child diffrent hon.....lets see though with mine...Olivia. Well she was a cubby little thing...really chubby little thing...and i think it takes a bit longer for little ones who are heavier. Also when they dont have another child to watch all the time. So the first steps for her came just after a year old. Noah...oh dear he was walking before I knew it much to my sugrin.....believe me lolol about 11 months.
Oh that first simle...a real smile not the gassy kind lol, for Olivia and Noah...about well, very close to three months. Up till then they watch a lot and the cornors of the mouth may move up for a moment....but then.....your world is rocked like never before when you see that first real big loving smile all just for you!
First tiny tooth...most kids about gosh hard to recall but gee...think 10-12 months. Teathing is a long process. They say that if an adult had to go though it .......they wouldnt make it.
Just wait hon.,.....oh it will be here before you know it...and it will be your turn to share that increadable feeling nothing else in the world can warm you like that.......nothing.
Bunny do something.......first chance you really get alone with baby and you believe it will be some moment when you are home with him together in bed.........................do this. Snuggle close as your nose will let you to his little mouth. Breath deaply. Newborn babies breath.......it is the sent of heaven on earth. Nothing like it on the plant. Please do that. You will come back here and tell me.............that is the greatest truth you have ever experienced. And you will never forget that moment or that scent. I promise you that. ↑ |
The absolute first time you see your baby, you will be filled with a joy that no one can put into words. Your heart will swell in your chest so big and you will smile like you have never smiled before. Your tears will be so warm as they run down your cheeks, you will never forget. Labor pains fade, the joy last forever, to tell over and over again. Enjoy! ↑
oh dear god....i can hear it now the pitter-patter of huge Hiddy feet beating down the door...lol ↑
My son first sat up alone at 7 months. His first smile was before 6 months, way before! You should write everything down because I didn't because I thought i'd remember everything and I don't so now I'm kicking myself for it! I do have an envelope that i keep a piece of his hair in from his first haircut though! In fact, when we just recently went for haircuts they cut off his ponytail and gave it to me so I have that too, sweet! :) ↑
Yea like Lizzi said, you need to write everything down, like me, cause even though my son is barely gonna be 2, i already forgot most of his first, but i have them all written down on this album they gave me on his baby shower, i think it's from Gerber... ↑
