So once this forum was absolutely buzzing and all of a sudden everyone stopped posting altogether and seemingly simultaneously, including myself. I'm still a stay at home mam to Joey who's now 2! And I wouldn't mind this forum getting up and running again - Sad though that might sound, I kinda thought it was ok. Is anyone else interested in getting this forum up and running again or is Babycrowd now offically redundant ???

Yes i would love to get things going again. I work alot and have two four year olds and a 22 month old. So my online time is limited to an hour or so in the late evenings when everythings done and sorted.

I tend to forget about babycrowd...but then all of a sudden something will remind me of one of the members so i'll pop in. But goodness....i dont think iv popped in since july/august.

Hi Nicola, I'm keeping well. Working part time and taking care of Joey the rest of the time! He's now 2-years-old, and growing fast. Hows your girls?

Hey Gill!

Wow, can't believe he's 2!! Well Poppy and Daisy were four this summer...they've started school now and love it. Though talk more about play time than they do about their lessons so im wondering if they're learning much!

Our little bean is 22 months old now, loves the sound of her own voice. I work in the city centre and love it....have deferred uni for a couple years, so will go back into my second yearwhen Sofia's started school.

We're doing really well and are really happy! Everything in life seems just perfect!

Where are you working? Did you move in the end? Is joey potty-trained?

Lol i remember the days when i used to log in here and press "refresh" because people would reply/post new topics alll the time. Like a damn ghost town here lately.

Aw 4-years-old already! and Sofia nearly 2 as well. Where does the time go? ...

So cute they've started school. I'm going back to univ next year to do a postgrad. Just working in Tech Writing part time for now.

Not started Joey with potty training yet. Gonna start training in the Spring. Is Sofia?

Congrats on the postgrad! What an oppurtunity!

Still working at the parent education centre, which is great fun! Have been promoted and on a good salary now...so decided to make the most of that, and save as much as i can and then move to rural wiltshire in a few yrs time. Right now we're tied as the kids are in school, i cant leave my job as i would never get another one as well paid and as great as this one at my age and with no degree qualification. And Paul's doing really well too. Was made redundant and found it hard to find work again for a few months, but is now working again and things are looking bright :)

Sofia isn't potty trained...we had some success but when I withdrew from Uni i knew i'd be home a lot more so was a little more laid back about it, I cloth nappy and they still have so much life in them...and she's not even 2 yet so i dont want to rush them, may as well get a few more months out of the nappies if she's not completley ready to go!

Joey in the terrible 2s? He always looked so docile and adorable, i find it hard to imagine him as noisy and rambunctious as Sof can be!

Hi, I'm new on here, but have a 2year old and am due with my second child in December. I would love it if this forum got up and running again! I just moved to a new area away from all my family and friends, so I could really use some mom support!
