hmmmm...well luckily i got out of going out tonight...my hubby's cousin wanted me to go out cause she's starting school soon, and wanted one last night out...so i said yes....then she started talking about how drunk she was going to get, and go to the peelers, and just get crazy....then i thought OH FFS!!!! SOOOOO NOT what i wanted to do....i wouldn't mind going out, get a bite to eat and have a few drinks and listen to a live band or something....but i just hate getting stupid drunk.....then lastnight she called me and said she had to go to the kootenays and that she couldn't go out!!! PHEW!!!! lol...BIG relief!!! ha ha ha....
i think we'll take the kids on a little road trip somewhere. not far....just a day thing...if the weather cooperates. maybe go to big white, or sugar lake??? just kinda relax....
i need to get my passport....i want to take the kids to the states and take them to Winthrop!!! that's such a neat little town. and they have this cute little old fashioned candy shop!!
this summer we're going to try and take the kids to Barkerville. long trip, but i think Anika would get a kick out of it!!

he he.......i hear ya on the get a bite to eat listen to a live band........but get stupid........geesh.......nope! lololo......thank gosh she got stuck he he......whatdaya do when they can actually make it :| ? Guess thats why hubby and i stick to friends that are......sane lololol........low key.......happy to be quiet and private! Family.........shoot no gettin around that sometimes. The distance for me........is a total blessing llllllmao!
Sounds nice that drive. Ya know.........we could........do that....at least. Just go for a pleasent outing. Take a lunch.......relax. Noah too is feeling better......its really Olivia at this point.....thats still hurting. But a wee car ride......some fresh air.......little lunch......sounds REALLY REALLY good at this point.
I think....bmes........that sometime years ago when i was like 15/16 i went through Winthrop. The name is sooooo familiar i just bet we did when we drove down to California then with my family to go to Disneyland. I am taking the kids this year..........gads do we neeeeed a vacation around here too!!!!!!!! In the worst way. Its time. ↑ |

| It'll BE a party when y'all get here!!!!! No we are just going to hang out together at home this weekend... Just came from the grocery... HUGE meat sale. Everything was buy one get one free... Huge packages of chicken legs, country ribs, porkchops, already made burgers... I got about 20 lbs of meat and an 18 pack (LOL) for $56!!! Whoop whoop... Going to make a huge pasta salad and some dinner rolls and I wont have to cook ALL WEEKEND!! ↑ |

OOOOOOOh good deal bebe! Love that sort of sale when it happens. Safeway here does that now and again.........awesome deals! I go to Costco these days for most things......filler i just go to our local grocers still though. Costco has the most beautiful meat.........and soooo cheap!!!!!!!

yeah thats a really good feeling isnt it. to know.........that you did this......together. Its one heck of a llllllllllong haul. And not JUST the inside of this place.......the outside. All the landscaping.....gardens......oh my gosh......backbreaking work.........but it was worth it.
Its sure not for a marriage in trouble is it lol........or for the faint of heart cuz its soooooooo much work. Worse than anything when it comes to building. Again.......as this inside comes together......oh my gosh.....yeah........worth all of it.
Kids too......they are at the age ...still very young....8 and almost six.......but young enough to begin doing all those overnighter sort of quickie vacations. Then the bigger ones like to Disneyland. They were in this too.......and deserve that also ya know. I held my son on my hip while i did the mud on the drywall in the kitchen........lots of stories like that. The gravy part of this.........is finally arriving. Thank the dear Lord................for every moment........and all of it. Without which........we would not have........any, of the above mentioned. ↑ |
