yup.....i cant think where i have ever seen them. My son is a huge fan and we have every thomas thing you can imagine lol.....cept boots. Ebay is a good bet though. ↑

or maybe you could buy regular boots and get some kind of special paint and stensil them on...lol....i don't know.... ↑
