The media received a video tape from the killer and have been showing it on tv. Some think that they should not have aired it. Some believe that by airing it on tv that the media is giving into the killers last wishes.

Some also think that announcing the massacre as the worst in US history is a bad way of headlining it in the media. They say that it then becomes a competition to other psychopaths to break the record.

Should the media have handled this differently?

I dont think so M. I think they should have aired it. As it gives the public an insight into the behaviour that a person like this may exhibit before doing stuff like this.

I think they have covered it well. From what Ive seen anyway
