Tonight my 2 year old fell down our stairs. He was fine (not even a bump), and it scared me more than it did him, but I was wondering when your kid's started going up and down the stairs by themselves??? My older children always respected the gate when they were small, but Luke started climbing over our gates as soon as he could walk so I took the one on the strairs down afraid he would hurt himself worse. He's been traveling the stairs alone now for probably 6 or 7 months, I'm not even sure. This is his first tumble, and I was curious how other parents handle the stairs. ↓
