Hi Katie,if your on the pill you might be having some side effects from that .My breasts used to swell with colostrem when I was on the pill.I suggest you take a pregnancy test in about 2 weeks and again at 3 weeks most tests can tell by then. Good Luck. Ps-Is this your first ↑
