when do people start their little ones on a nap scedule. I have a 3 1/2 month old. She sleeps on and off throughout the entire day, but I'd like her to get on a schedule. Any suggestions ↓

Find a time you want to nap and try to keep her awake as much as possible until you go down for your nap and she should want to sleep then too.After awhile she will become automatic at wanting to sleep at your nap time with you. ↑
