Hello, I am a new mom who is going back to work soon. My baby is nine months old, and I need to find a new job by April. I have a few places in mind, but I have been out of touch with the world for so long that I don't know how to approach a future employer, how to look good for the interview, or how to build up my confidence. Does anyone have any pointers for a young mom returning to work?

Hi here,
Ive been in a similar situation, your posting was interesting to me because I work in a staffing agency. For me, a new hair do maybe a layered cut, they grow out nice and their minimal maintenance, some color or highlights and a small dose of makeup to enhance your features can boost your confidence. Look in some magazines for ideas, makeup, clothing and hair thats similar to your style or the way you would like to present yourself. Its important to feel good and take care of yourself, employers will notice too! Good Luck, I wish you the best.
