I am all to familiar with your situation. I was there a few years ago as I wanted to be at home with my kids and later on I decided to stay home so I could always be there.
I tried different things but nothing really brought in much money. I plodded along, and then started a gift basket business from home. Christmas season is great but the rest of the year is up and down so I was looking for something else.
My husband is a reiki practitioner and we were looking for something that fit in with our lifestyle and where we could help people. After 2 years of research we found Shaklee, natural and holistic products. My family used the products for 2 years and then I started a shaklee business. It's amazing, you help families get rid of toxins in their home and created healthier lives with shaklee, a company that has been around for over 50 years.
So now I work from home, create my own hours and still have lots of time for my family.
There are some great companies out there, just be careful because many are scams or require a lot of money to start up.
