I'm thinking about finding a new job, but my 9 month old daughter is in daycare right by my current job. She absolutely loves it and they are perfect. I'm worried about changing her daycare and having to adjust to new caregivers. Anyone been though this and have any advice to give?

Do you have to change her daycare?? If so I would first tell you that no place is perfect. My kids have been in 3 different places. They now go to a church daycare and I have been very happy there. A 9 month old will adjust to the change more rapidly than you think. Good luck.

I have been there a few times. When I went back to college my daughters daycare was a few towns over. I opted to keep her there, and in a few yrs when I went back to work I ended up working a few streets over. I say, if she is really happy, and most of all if you are happy with your provider and feel safe for your daughter, it may be worth it to drive the extra few miles of so.

Could you wait a little longer, so she will be a littler older? In that way it will be easier for her to adjust
