Name: sarah [ Original Post ] Hello...I live in Indiana and I was wondering if anyone is familiar with food stamps. How do you qualify. We have 4 children one is 3 months old...does she qualify or at this point does she not even count?? What are the "guidelines" to being able to qualify?? Just curious! Thanks ↓

It depends on the households income. The less you make,the more foodstamps you will get. ↑

If a family of 3 gets foodstamps and the only income is $603 per month from ssi for one parent,then the foodstamp benefit amount is $360 for the month. ↑
