I have a great idea for you!
1) Have a relazing bubble bath waiting for her with her favorite music and scented candles(you can get the candles from your local dollar store.)
2) Have a lite dinner ready. Something easy maybe her favorite comfort food.
3) Give her a manicure and a pedicure.
4) Enjoy a sweet desert with her and talk about things only girls can talk about.
Let her know how much you appreciate her and are aware how hard she works.Don't forget to include your sister in this and try to keep it simple and sincere.
How do I know this would work? Because my husband and kids did the same for me several years ago and I still have a smile on my face when I think about it. I don't know if this is something she would like but its an idea for you to think about. please let me know what you end up doing!!!

My mom's a nurse too. They do work thier butts off taking care of people all day and then they come home and take care of us. Anyway, did you think of trying a coupon book. You can find ideas for them online. This way you can give her stuff she needs and wants when she wants it all year long. Here are some examples from a website, I had to change some up because they were for couples, but you can add some, like do the laundry for a weekend etc.

*** Good for a manicure at a local salon ***

*** This coupon entitles the holder to one dinner (with the issuer of the coupon) at a nice restaurant in town. ***

*** The coupon-giver will treat you to a gourmet breakfast on any Sunday. ***

*** Good for one afternoon of window shopping with the coupon giver. Transportation and lunch included. Wishing and dreaming are encouraged. ***

*** This entitles you to a night of watching shooting stars together. ***

*** Redeemable for a relaxing afternoon in a quiet meadow. Picnic ***

*** Good for three wishes. Coupon-giver will satisfy any wish you have (wishes must be legal, affordalbel, and possible to perform). ***

*** Coupon of candlelight bubblebath

*** This coupon entitles you to a soothing foot massage given by the coupon-issuer. To last a minimum of 20 minutes. ***

*** Reddemable for a stress-releasing back massage. Includes scented body lotion and 30 minutes of deep muscle massage. ***

*** You define "wonderful" and the coupon-giver fulfills that description next Saturday. ***
