| This sounds so lame but go buy billy blanks boot camp. holy cow.......talk about a work out. I like to do that video 3 times a week and take my kids on a walk for at least a mile 3 to 5 times a week. I spent so much time telling myself that I didnt have time to work out, when in all reality that was just an excuse. I also did the weight watchers diet and I love it! It is so easy to do, and really works. Good luck!! ↑ |

| i like Carmen Electra's striptease video. it is a work out tape that teaches u how to a striptease. so u get to do all kinds of sexy moves so it doesn't feel like u r working out. it just feels like u r dancing. i love it. my boyfriend does too now that i've been doing it a while i know the dances. i have a really short attention span and don't really like to exersise, so i like this cause it is just dancing. also it made me feel better about my self and made me feel sexy again. which i hadn't really felt since baby. hope this helps ↑ |

| i got the video from wal-mart. it is under $15. it is sooo much fun. she makes it really easy to follow along. she breaks down the dance into counts and then they do it in real time. i think there are 2 dances and 1 warm up. ↑ |
