Oh my god! You have totally nailed that list! I am on my second child and it still never stops! Doesnt it kind of make you wonder what people ACTUALLY do with their children?? We have a three year old son and we take him everywhere. In fact, Our dinner and a movie for Valentines consisted of a nice fancy dinner, and "Night at the Museum" the only thing that was different was that we had to order off of the kids menu for one, and make sure that his popcorn came with a candy. It was still very romantic, and more special to us because we had our whole family together. As far as excercise goes, you WILL be getting it!! almost to the point of exhaustion. when they are infants, you are running around putting bottles togeter so that they don't cry, when they are toddlers, you are chasing them making sure they dont pull the cats tail, and when they are bigger, it's "mom, come play with me", and even when they are down for a nap, there is that pesky little thing called housework that you have to race through to get done before they wake up! Even those first few months of sleeplesness are wonderful, you might be so tired, but you know that it is because you are tending to your child, and it's a very rewarding thing. I absolutely love doing these things, and once you get a routine down, that's the best way to acheive anything. There is nothing that I don't do with my son, it makes us that much more closer, so don't take those people at their words. things will be a little hectic at first, but once you do things your way, everything will be perfect. Hey! just wait until you have no babysitter and you need to go for a physical!!! Just one of lifes many pleasures. lol

Hey Chantel,
I just read your Jan. 25th entry, and I am so mad at that doctor. Your baby probably just had a growth spurt. You may not gain much weight in the next weeks. I know I've not been pregnant before and I don't know what it feels like, but I think you are doing all the right things and look like a beautiful, glowing mom. I'd be more worried if you were not gaining enough weight. So POO on Dr. Compassionate!!!

Just read your entry for today and I must say you are adorable and funny. The first part of your journal mirrors me and my guy so much. He too is caring, loving, supportive.........and plays with my hair while I lay my head on his chest during emotional breakdowns. We are lucky women. Good Luck with everything!!!!
