I think my 3 year old son has ADHD but I am afraid to take him to the doctors. I am afraid they really won't listen. His temper isn't as bad as all the others I've read on here. But he doesn't listen. I will look him straight in the face and tell him something and he will just look at me with a BLANK stare. And then go and do the opposite. If I yell at him he yells back. He can't sit still for more than 3 minutes. But what worries me most of all is that his father has dislexia AND ADHD. My son's speech is not up to par for a 3 year old and I am STILL trying to potty train him. He can be the SWEETEST child and everyone he meets thinks so. But know one knows how frustrating it is at home. Could it be something else? Can anyone help me? ↓

hi my 6 year old has adhd and i felt like you i didnt know what to do i kept taking her to the doctors when she was little as she had so much energy etc she is hard work take your son to the doctors get him assessed if your worried GOOD LUCK ↑

Jessica My son was not that bad when he was young either. But over the years it got worse, we hope that we have him on the right track now, with meds and couseling and alot of understanding. ↑
