If worse comes to worse, you could take him to court and they can make him take his meds. He's not old enough to decide for himself that he's simply not going to take them. The courts can threaten him with detention hall if he doesn't take them. I read about this in a magazine.. of course it would be a last resort.

My children went through that too. What I was told to do is find 3 or 4 thing they really like to do. Like watch tv, video games, or even a specail snack or something like that. He said that you get the meds out for them ask them very nice to please take it and if they say no take the first thing way for the rest of the day. If he still says no keep takeing thing away. They say that the next morning you try again and if he still says no you start over and do the same thing, but his things are gone for 2 days now. If after 1 week he is still doing this you start to let him earn his things back by takeing it. If he does it and earns everything back and continues to take it with out a big fight you then start giveing rewards. Like the first day you let him have a treat of his chose. Then you have him go 2 days and maybe take him to Burger King or something for supper. Then you have him go 1 week and you will take him to the movies or let him go to a friends house. Then you do a monthly thing. You let him pick somethinghe wants to do like go out to eat or give him $10 and let him go to the store and get 1 thing with that money. This type of the worked really well for my children. I hope this is helpful.
