My 11 son has been on stratarra for about 10 months but he has been complaining of a stomach ache. I am not sure it is related to the medicine. He started complaining when we increase the doses then when we lower it, the stomach got better but now they are back. Has anyone else had stomach aches on this medicine? ↓

yes my son was a it for 6 months and he complained of stomach aches. He's no longer taking it but I think it definatly is related. See if there are tests you can get done to see if there was damage done to his stomach at all. Is he off the meds now? or taking something else? ↑

my son is 8 yrs, hes been on ritilan, dexidrine,equasym xl, wich he came off due to diahroah and bad tummy, 3 weeks ago he went on sttrattera, his on 18mg, to be increased next week , i hope, as i have not seen any effect of it what so ever, ive been told thats its great,but no my soon hasnt had any tummy aches yet, from becky ↑

yes, We did at first. But after time it subsided. I do know they must eat before taking strattera. now he complains of heart burn. so we keep tums and pepto around for that. ↑

My daughter has been on Strattera for a year. In the beginning, we had some problems with stomach aches but they only lasted for a couple of weeks. I have talked with other parents who had the same problems, and they had to switch meds. I would suggest you speak with your doctor and go from there. ↑
