I have a 6 year old son that has been on concerta for a month now, and has been doing fairly well on it...however our insurance will not pay for him to be on it and are trying to put him on ridilin. Well to be honest I DO NOT want him on ridilin, I have had a family member get worse from ridilin and watched a friends child die from it. If anyone out ther could please shine some light down on me (information) about adderall or dexedrine...I would greatly appreciate it...I am new at this and could really use some great parents to talk to. God Bless

I know Adderall is very similar to Ritalin and has the same potentially dangerous effects if not closely monitered, I have a 7 year old who is currently on Adderall and seems to be doing ok, he started off on Concerta but had a strange reaction to it so he was switched to the adderall
