You might try Carlson's for Kids, you can find it at most natural food stores or health food stores. ↑ |
My daughter started her son on Omega 3, 6, & 9. This is fish oil and oil for flaxseed. He also takes a multivitamin in the mornings. Just make sure when you go to the health food store to check the expiration dates. Omega oils don't have a long shelf life (3 months). I'm looking at naturopaths now in the area. We are guessing at the dose because we have several studies to compare to, but I would feel better with a skilled naturopath to help with this as I'm one that always has went to a family physician and I know this is something a family physician is not going to help with unless they can write a prescription to a drug company and I don't think my daughter or I can deal with that anymore. ↑ |
We started my grandson on Omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids last week. The dosage he is currently taking is over 3000 mg in total of Omega 3, 6 and 9. He was actually being pretty docile this past Saturday and he told his mom he felt better Saturday night. He is also on a multivitamin and a B-12 in the mornings. ↑ |
Update on grandson as of last night - talked to daughter and she corrected me and said she was giving grandson a B-complex vitamin and multivitamin (after breakfast) along with the Omega 3,6,9 (after dinner). My grandson's other grandparents had to pick him up last night from after school care. They took him to the gym with them and put him in the child care. When they went to get him, he was sitting quietly watching television. The asked him if he got in trouble. He said no. They asked are you in time out? He said "No, I'm just sitting here watching television." They were needless to say shocked!!! My daughter has him on the B-complex and multi vitamin since January. Started the Omega last week. ↑ |
