| You know, I'm about 99.9% sure that you don't want any religious advice, but I'm gonna give it to you anyway. You know what the problem sounds like to me is spiritual. I'm not saying you're a bad person, cause I suffered from a very similar problem as yours, and was NEVER on meds. I probably needed them though. It sounds like to me a demonic attack. Do you believe in spiritual warfare? I would command the spirit of anxiety away from me in Jesus name. Tell Satan he has no power over you, and that you command him to leave in Jesus name. My problem got taken care of that way, but you have to 100% believe in spiritual warfare for it to work for you. I can feel my problem comming back once in awhile, cause the devil will never leave you alone, but I just get on my high horse and command him gone again.
