My son is 4 and is autistic.I have an issue now that I have to deal with and that is about diapers or pull ups.See,he went from diapers,to pull ups,and to the goodnights but,now with him being so big, those are getting really tight on him. What do I use next?Depend diapers or depend pull ups.Any help would be greatly appreciated.I need some help so,I can get the dr to write a script out for me to get them.Feel free to contact me at [email protected] or here at the site with any suggestions. My son is over 100 pounds already and that is because of the special formula he is on,this is why he is so big.Thank You!

Hi, my son is 4 and also autistic. We have him in the Goodnights and they seem to work very well. He is big for his age about 45 lbs and very tall, the S-M fit well, but we may need to go up to the L at some point in the next few months if he doesn't get the toileting down. Good luck to you.

Thanks but,we were already in every size in Goodnights already and they are really tight on him.Still no interest in potty training at all,we have tried everything and anything.Still a no go.What would you recommend if you were in my shoes,as for the depends?

I have the same issue coming up pretty soon. I found this site, but haven't tried them. http://www.promeddirect.com

I would recommend you stick with a pull up style if you want to have any hopes of potty training him. If that is out of the question anyway, and you are having to dress/change him, i would go with diapers, so you can put them on and take them off without removing his pants all the way.
