| Help: I actually have both of my children, ages 2 & 4, on the GFCF diet. My 4yr. old is autistic and this diet helped him immensely. I actually recieved an email from another parent on this forum recently who also wanted to know about the diet. | If your child has the regressive form of autism...more than likely you would see amazing results from just removing the dairy out of your child's diet in about a couple of days. My son wasn't even giving any eye contact and amazingly there was eye contact. The wheat/gluten takes longer...That diet is really not that hard...the hard part is figuring out what foods don't make your child react crazily to them...do you have to ASD children? ↑ |
