Hi Julie, I have some great recipe's for gluten and caesin free food. I have an autistic son 7 and a daughter 6. My son doesn't talk and is very high maintenance. I am a stay home mum and my husband works a lot, so I have spent a lot of time wokring out the best ways to tackle my sons fussy eating. I can post them on the site, just reply to this response and I canpop them on the site for you. Just try to remember all the wonderful things about your boy at the end of each day

Dear Julie, About your son and his eating, stay positive and try a few things in his diet that are of similar texture to chips or the foods he likes best. Does he like any fruit or vegetables? it is hard to break habits once they are formed so remain calm and take eat meal time at a time.
