Each year my fraternity sets a goal of raising $10,000 to support our philanthropy, Autism Speaks. Through our Bros United teen mentoring program (www.brosunited.com), I've had the privilege of meeting young men with Autism and have learned how this disorder impacts their social and mental abilities. While these young men and women can demonstrate impressive intellect, strong talent, and a great sense of humor, they face daily struggles and challenges that are sometimes difficult to overcome. Your donation will help provide these children with more programs and services to encourage their social and intellectual development, as well as help provide funding for ongoing research in hope of finding a cure for Autism spectrum disorder.
