My son is on autism spectrum don't know where yet no diagnosis yet. he has problems with speech anyway but over last couple of Weeks its deteriorated a lot, really concerned is this to be expected? PS we are waiting for an appointment with.speech.and language therapist. Advice please. ↓

You are rightfully worried about your son, but it is important to have a positive outlook. I read that his speech has deteriorated, but speech and language specialists can help him. You did not mention your son's age which is important because early intervention is also very important. Please try your hardest not to stress because special children feel it.
