My son has PDD NOS and he is 6. If we let him watch TV at night we found that his is a restless sleeper. We always thought that his has to wriggle himself to sleep too. We not only cut out TV but we also gave him an extra pillow to hug at night and that seems to help him sleep better. Not sure if this helps but good luck!
