My son hasnt yet been diagnosed with autism, but i know in my heart hes is. But is there really a difference between the two? My son does talk, he can count, with a little bit of help, he can name body parts and animals as well. He also makes some eye contact and will have a conversation, in his jibberish talk. He doesnt listen to direction at all, wont look when u call his name and has bad tantrums. Plus he is staring ABS therapy in a few weeks 2 hrs a day 5 days a week. Does this sound like severe autism to anyone? So stressed about this. Any advice would help. ↓

Mine has PDD... He can talk a little but only cause he was programmed to. Like the counting and the animals and etc. Full blown austism I think they can have conversations with you if they wanted but on their terms. What u are describing sounds like PDD though, like my kid. ↑
