yes it is possible. nurse nurse nurse! do u have a pump? i would pump inbetween nursing sessions or when she gets a bottle. how long has it been since she last nursed? if it has just been 2 or 3 days i don't think it should take too long for you to get your supply back. some women find that eating oatmeal helps their supply. there are also herbs you can take. ↑ |

it is a myth that drinking milk increases your milk supply. keeping hydrated is very important but just drinking cow's milk doesn't make your milk supply go up. ↑ |

Hot milk only increases your supply because it relaxes you. Just relax and nurse your baby. ↑ |
