There isn't much you can do except use the pads and sleep on a towel or blanket to protect your bedding. This was the only downfall to my nursing experience. I woke up every night soaked for months and hated it. It felt so yucky. I would wear a sports bra to bed with pads in it and they always shifted while I was sleeping, thus not doing their job.

Are you using disposable? If not they work better at night. Also the Lansinoh pads have sticky tabs to help keep in place. You will need to wear a good bra to help support though.

if you have a breast pump use it right before you go to bed.. or you can take a warm shower before bed.. if those dont work then i hate to say it but... if you take a maxi pad.. (always brand works good) and cut it in half... stick it in the inside of ur bra for over night it holds more than the breast pads...
