| Lizzi... hello !!!!!!!!!!!! Things are going wonderful...my daughter is spending more and more time with us. I have noticed a huge change in her since my last plea for her to come at Christmas and spend time with me...We have had so many heart to heart talks not only about her emotions but about relationship,love and communication. Big things are happening. She and a friend from school are going on spring break with us and she is spending about 4 days a week with me. We are talking and being real again. | Oh mini mouse that is GREAT!!!!!! :) So is your daughter beginning to accept your husband too then? I know there for awhile she wasn't too hip on being around him,has that changed also? (I hope so !) Gosh I miss not talking to you,it's been such a long time! I'm so happy for you and your girl!!!! Girls need their moms,that's a fact!!!! The closest thing I have to a daughter is my neice (Hillary)(which by the way i owe a phone call! lol) I don't get to see her much but she comes and spends the night or week-end with me once in awhile,she's 17. We watch movies,and stay up late talkiing and laughing when she's here,it's a ball! Yeah,my son will be getting his drivers permit here shortly (I'm scared to death!!!) He has just grown up sooo fast! Next he will be working and then moving out! Two more years of highschool left though before he can leave me though! lol I think he is pretty anxious about growing up and being independent,i swear he's 15 going on 21!!! (Or so HE thinks!!! lol) He has taken up playing the bass guitar,he has already blown his amp which was only 3months old so we are returning it for a new one. As for me i basically run my husband back and forth to work and clean/cook,that's about it really! Curtis is almost always on the computer after school talking on Aim or else he's playing XBOX LIVE,which drives me nuts because everytime he is losing he punches something and it breaks and he ends up with bloody knuckles!!! KIDS!!! Sometimes I'm GLAD I just have ONE!!!!!! LOL I wish you would keep in touch more! I think about ya and wonder how your doing alot! Lizzi...I hope you know that I enjoy this forum and you. You sure interact with a lot of people. I don't know how you keep track of everyone lol!! I have learned a lot about myself and about divorce in general. I am so thrilled about your son he seems to be enjoying his high school days. I hope all is going well with grades, friends, family ...etc. You are a busy lady and I want to thank you for all your concern and advice about my situation. I can remember the first time I wrote and how hopeless I felt and you and pj754 literally lifted my spirits and helped me to see I wasn't alone in my pain and gave me hope through the hardship.
Yes...my daughter is relating well and having fun with my husband now. Communication lines are WIDE OPEN.... SMILE....Total changes are taking place and healing is in full swing . | mini mouse......WOW!!!! You don't know HOW MUCH those last words you said meant to me!!!!! THANK-YOU!!!!!! I have a low self esteem and often wonder WHY I'm even on this earth because alot of the time I feel worthless! But by you telling me that God gave ME wisdom and because of that I helped you,that really touched my heart! Thanks so much for that! I'd (((((HUG))))) you if I could!!!! :) Oh and pj754 IS a WONDERFUL person!!!!! She and I email each other pretty regularly. I do jump into conversation alot with others but there are just a few who I really felt connected to and YOU and pj754 were BOTH on that short list. I GENUINELY care about you both and consider you my good friends!!!! I am soooo happy that things changed FOR THE BETTER for you and your daughter and that she is accepting your husband too,that is HUGE!!!!!!
