I am going through a divorce right now, and I'm not sure how it's going to work out. My ex is wanting to have joint legal and physical custody of our 4 year old daughter. I dont' agree with it at all, however I have a feeling that is how it will be. I do not drive, and am not able to transport our daughter places and also I have had many suicide attempts in my life, haven't attempted for two years now, but it's still on my record. I love my daughter, but he isn't ready to have her half the time. He likes to still have fun and party and go traveling, I'm not sure how safe he is with our daughter. He has left my daughter with a friend of his by herself and says there is nothing wrong with it, because the guy was his friend. When I mention anything, he always brings my suicide attempts back and says I don't have a chance of custody. I want Joing legal custody but I want physical custody of my 4 year old daughter. Any ideas? ↓
