So, here's the deal. The latest on my situation. After sending my attorney an email telling them about the pictures that were sent home with the boys and the little note step mom wrote on the book report, I recieved a reply from them stating that the step mom has been sending in faxes to their office and they need me to contact them to set up another appointment because we need to come up with a plan because it all needs to stop! I seriously am about to have an anxiety attack! I do nothing to this girl, and yet she continues to try to torment me and I just want her to stop! How has anyone else handled their tough situations when they have felt like they have come to the end of their rope and just couldn't take it anyomre?

My ex has done some similiar things to me. But to send faxes to your attorney's office? Why? What has she been telling them? Da, doesn't your ex have his own attorney? What does she think she is mom and a legal assistant? Give me break!! You might want to discuss with your attorney about putting harassement charges against her. This is stalking or being too obsessive. I mean, good gravy, she needs to let you live your own life without interference. Gosh, Billy, someone will put a stop to her eventually. All I can say is to just hang in there. Speak with your attorney and let him know how unfair this kind of treatment is and ask what you can do to get her to stop. Perhaps that CAN slap a defamation of character suit against her? Especially, if the have prove with all the faxes she has been sending them. If you are starting to feel these anxiety attacks more often than you should, you might want to call your doctor to see he can prescribe you something to help calm your nerves. Gosh, you shouldn't have to live like this. Somedays, it felt like I was going to jump right out of my skin with all the b.s. When you see your attorney, let me know what they say. I'm curious and hope they can come up with a speedy remedy to make things easier for you. You take care.
