I swore I wasn't going to get on here this a.m. and complain! But I'm so MAD right now I can't stand it! I have to get it out. My husband had an appt. w/attorney and ex late yesterday. You know, to "negotiate", and keep it out of the judge's hands! Huh! I must say this before I rage. I love my husband, and wouldn't trade him for the world! But somewhere, sometime ysesterday he temporarily lost his marbles! I didn't attend the meet, figured he could handle it. What was I thinkin? I guess I lost mine too! Anyway getting to it. I guess she went in there like she was "mother of the year!" Apparently she is now employed. Has medical insur. (news to us) Last we heard she had gotten herself a DUI, lost license, and all that goes with that! Claiming she wants to put their son on her insurance to get him dental work, braces etc. Now in most normal situatuons. You would think THAT'S WONDERFUL! Great at least one of the kids will get something. But, we're not dealing with normal! Where were you for the girls? And, my husband agreed to it! My first words were "Have you lost your mind?" First, what happened to sticking to your guns? What happened to not agreeing to anything? We had discussed the fact that she would have some kind of trick up her sleeve. And were not going to fall for the slithery snake's plots, and ploys. We had discussed some of the same scenarios she would attempt. We were supposed to have offered to take him (them)ourselves. Appointments, etc. Therefore he would be going, getting the care he needed, and we would be controling the amount of spenditure at the time. Oh, she agreed to inform us of all before the fact. Now you know our history with that! "YEAH
RIGHT! Yes, I'm glad she has a job, yes he gets the care. But , oh Lord, here we go again! I don't know if I'm prepared to handle it all again! Later in the evening I guess my hubby got all of his marbles back and started to talk to me about all of the injustices his girls got! DUH! In all truth they are the ones who truly needed the care. (his son's teeth are ok, the girls are the ones who needed so much work!) Sorry, but I could have wrung his neck at that time! I told him I was done discussing it for the night and went to bed. Last but not least, it appeared to my hubby that she was "high" on something. (no smell of booze) Our attorney even commented on it after she left the office. I guess he asked my hubby "Is she on something?" In which my husband said "Probably!" On a more positive note we will get the modification effective retro from the date of filing. Well, I guess it's back to the drawing board for us. Thanks hon! Sorry so long! ↓
